Founder & Lead Investigator

Marshall L. English, Jr. runs the Georgia Private Investigative services offered by Intel Investigations Group. A Georgia native who gets the job done, Mr. English brings 28 years of dedicated law enforcement experience to the private sector, a career built on a foundation of discipline that began during his service in the U.S. Army as a nuclear weapons specialist.

Mr. English retired from the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, where he served as the Deputy Chief Investigator of the Complex Witness/Fugitive Investigations and Special Investigations Unit. During his distinguished tenure, he routinely investigated high-profile cases, supervised the location of complex victims and witnesses, coordinated the arrest of fugitives from justice, and worked on numerous joint criminal investigations alongside Local, State, and Federal Law Enforcement Agencies.

Throughout his career, Mr. English has successfully handled a diverse range of cases, including:
